Elders and texting
by Iwonder17 innot sure if this was caught on in your cong or not, but now our service overseers text everyone in their group for their field service time.. now i understand that texting and email are good tools, i use them everyday.
but how impersonal can you be.
espicially when it comes to "life saving work".

Nicolaou, immature? How kind, i wont take offence. You say some have HAd to endure...well yes and some of us STILL are enduring and having to be reminded daily of our scars by remaining a jw, so please stop thinking that its only you who have suffered (you meaning ppl in general)....thankyou..
We all carry scars,believe me mine are raw and yet im not allowed to air or deal with them how i choose for you want to continue to pick, pick and pick.....

by lepermessiah ini finally saw that november 15th wt article on prayer that everyone has been talking about - the people in the photos look as stiff as corpses!.
people will be called in the back room for inadvertantly making contact with their spouse during prayer.. i think i will adopt the following stance during prayer now:.

Hi bigtex, Yes its sad for child abuse victims to have to suffer such abuse and seemingly not have their prayers heard, but not all child abuse victims believe that God is cold and doesnt hear them, some do still remain close to God understanding that he WILL answer their prayers. They learn to believe in faith and exercise that faith. Child abuse victims ALL deal with their abuse in different ways and go down different paths also, BUT yes ALL carry the scars for the rest of theirs lives, even though eventually they do move on.

in fact, angel eyes (after she told us about her encounter with a man who had been "dabbling in black magic and witch craft",) made this comment:oh and i dont fear jah....why on earth would i fear my loving father?.
now to be fair to angel eyes, she says she doesn't fear satan.

soul, spirit same meaning, just like car,vehicle. So many words have the same meaning...Jah can destroy anything, he created the breath and can destroy also.
No, not go to heaven, how would that be a punishment for our hereditary sin that we have from Adam. Jehovahs word will not return to him without results, when Jah said we will die for sins thats what he means, no turning back on his word, no changing it BUT through Jesus we will be given a chance to be put to the test and show loyality to Jah.
(have to go now, see to the kids.....dinner, no work today yay :)

soul in the original language means Breath of life. I cant recall of hand the word, but thats the meaning. The breath of life returns to Jah.
Jesus matt 10.28 was saying not to fear man who kill the body, but yes only Jah can destroy our soul,our breath of life can be taken for good.
Ec 12v7.
Romans 13 says every soul be in subjection, this doesnt mean a soul within us, its us,ourselfs.
when you send out an S.O.S its save our soul, not meaning let us die and our soul we want saving, its meaning Save us now, alive!

The soul that is sinning it itself will die. This shows that an immortal soul doesnt exisit either. We remain in Jahs memory until we are resurrected. Exciting.

In a sleep like state. We return to dust when we die. We do not go to heaven for death is punishment for sin which we ALL inhereit. We do not go to hell as some may think of hell, for the original menaing of hell is common grave. We return to dust. Thats just fine by me :) and thats why i do not fear death .
